By filling in our subscription form, you agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

Online purchases are made using our secure payment gateway, Stripe, which enables you to safely conduct online payment transactions. Payments can be made using your credit or debit card.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Prices displayed include gst and are in NZ$

RETURNS + REFUNDS
 

If you find after purchase that a garment is genuinely faulty, please contact us or return the item, along with original documentation and packaging, for a refund or exchange. If we do not have the same garment in stock, you can select a similar garment, or a refund. We do not offer this if you simply change your mind.

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. (Less shipping costs)

 

In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: [gift vouchers]. 

If for any reason we find that an item you have purchased is out of stock (and temporarily not updated on our website) and we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund, including any shipping cost.

We ship throughout New Zealand and internationally. Please select your preferred method of delivery at checkout.

For goods shipped within NZ we have two rates: Small Item (ie 1 x Tee shirt) $5.60 and Large Item (ie 1 x Sweatshirt or 2 x Tee shirts) $8.00. You can also select Pickup at no charge.

 

We use NZ Post to ship your goods nationwide. You will receive a tracking number in an e-mail once your order is dispatched from us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Due to the changing nature of shipping to destinations outside NZ and external circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to offer a set price to deliver your goods. If you'd like to contact us prior to making your purchase, we can advise you on the best possible options available and the cost. We appreciate every order made and will do our best to get you the best shipping deal available.

Update: Due to the volatile nature of International Shipping and rates, we are unable to set our international rate. Please contact us prior to making an order and we will calculate the best current shipping rate for your items.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by credit card using our secure online payment gateway (Stripe), or PayPal.

We will soon be offering Afterpay.
